Bio:

Georgina Moore is a New York City based performer, trained in  all styles of dance. Her professional  training began at the School  of   Alberta Ballet's Professional Divison Program where she studied the Cechetti method under the direction of Nancy Kilgour and succesfully completed her Advanced I and Advanced II  Cechetti Examinations. Georgina performed in a variety of classical ballets at the school, including Swan Lake, Paquita and Don Quixote. She also appeared with the Alberta  Ballet Company in their nationally acclaimed rendition of The Nutcracker Suite. While still studying at the School of Alberta Ballet, Georgina expanded her trianing by attending Summer Training Intensives at The Boston Ballet School, Cincinnati Ballet Academy, and Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet.

Upon her graduation, Georgina was accepted into the American Musical and Dramatic Academy's Dance Theatre Conservatory program on a partial talent scholarship. She broadened her training in all styles of dance, as well as voice, scene study, musical theatre, improvisation and camera work. She worked closesly with New York City industry professionals and graduated from the program in May of 2015.

Currently, Georgina can be seen on the road, performing across the country with the company of the 42nd Street National Tour.  Her new found passion for teaching has inspired her to create her very own project: The Broadway Workshop Series; a program dedicated to the teaching and preservation of original Boradway choreography.  She endeavours to bring the workshop to students across Alberta, Canada.

Georgina continues to be inspired as a performer, student, teacher and choreographer between her ongoing projects in both Canada and the U.S.
